This technology consists of a three-layer system with super lightweight construction for greater comfort, speed and protection from the elements.
The inner layer is made with water-resistant GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabric, which keeps you warm by stopping the wind from hitting your chest and pushing moisture from the inside out. The mid layer is made with breathable and sustainable CLIMA SL insulation, our lightest and warmest insulation made from 100% recycled material. The outer layer is made with FLY SL shell, made from 100% recycled material too, which offers full protection from wind and water (especially light rain and road spray) to make you feel extremely comfortable.

The Fly Jack-Sey is so called because it was designed for those uncertain days when you don't know whether to wear a jacket or a jersey with warmers. It combines qualities of both a jacket and a jersey, making it ideal for in-between temperatures and conditions. It features lightweight construction with Castelli FLY Fabric Technologies (FFT), including a water-repellent finish for keeping you dry. It has a GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® lining on the front for protection against wind, while the CLIMA SL insulation provides just enough warmth. The low/no collar aids in temperature regulation, while three back pockets with zippered security pocket allow for convenience and storage. Other features include top and bottom-opening YKK® Vislon® zipper, elastic and silicone at waist to keep Jack-sey in place and reflective tabs for added safety. When you're unsure of what to wear, the Jack-sey is a reliable choice.
The Fly Thermal Jacket is an exceptionally lightweight yet warm jacket designed using Castelli FLY Fabric Technologies (FFT), our advanced technology able to provide protection from the elements. It is constructed with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® lining, which is breathable, keeps you warm and repels moisture. It also incorporates CLIMA SL insulation for added warmth and breathability, while the FLY SL Shell provides wind and rain protection. Additional features include a YKK® Vislon® zipper, three back pockets with zippered security pocket, an elastic waist with silicone gripper, and reflective tabs for safety. Its GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® inner lining offers excellent wind protection and breathability. The low collar, YKK® Vislon® zipper, and three back pockets enhance comfort and functionality, while reflective details improve visibility. The Fly LS Jersey is a lightweight, thermal, long-sleeve cycling jersey designed for slightly chilly days. In addition to using Castelli FLY Fabric Technologies (FFT), it features soft, stretchy, and lightweight Fly T-SL fabric for a close-to-body fit. Despite the cool weather, it offers the feeling of speed you get when wearing an aero jersey. Combining freedom of movement and warmth, it is suitable for transitioning from summer to fall and winter. It includes a low/no collar for temperature control and three rear pockets with zippered security pocket for ample storage. The elastic waist with silicone grip prevents the jersey from moving around, and reflective tabs enhance visibility.
