RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES


RETURNS
New and unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Product must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging, including manufacturer tags.

Here are step-by-step instructions for returning your product:
 

  1. Attach hangtags and place items in their original product bags. Place all items along with the return section on the bottom of your invoice in the original packaging, or a new envelope if the original is damaged.
     
  2. Print a return label here: returns.castelli-us.com

    If you don’t have a printer, you can send a scan code to your phone and bring that to a UPS dropoff location. Otherwise, attach the return UPS label to the outside of your return envelope. Be sure to place it over the original shipping label if you are reusing the original packaging.
     
  3. Drop your package off at any UPS drop-off location. Find your nearest location at www.ups.com/dropoff
     
  4. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that most banks can take 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account balance.

EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the correct item.


*If you purchased your Castelli product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.

WARRANTY INFORMATION


If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation for a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our Warranty Department.

To help expedite your warranty request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, item style and description, and a picture of the defect.
