Can I exchange an item?

We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

*If you purchased your Castelli product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.

How can I return an item?

New and unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus original shipping cost). *For the holiday season, items purchased from November 1st - December 31st can be returned by January 31st. Product must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging, including manufacturer tags, and product bags.

Here are step-by-step instructions for returning your product:

  1. Register your return directly from the My Orders section of your account. If you placed your order as a guest, you can follow our guest return procedure at this link.
  2. Attach hangtags and place items in their original product bags. Place all items along with the return section on the bottom of your invoice in the original packaging, or a new envelope if the original is damaged.
  3. Print a return label here.
  4. If you don’t have a printer, please bring the qr code that was sent to your email address to a FedEx dropoff location. Otherwise, attach the FedEx return label to the outside of your return envelope. Be sure to place it over the original shipping label if you are reusing the original packaging.
  5. Drop your package off at any FedEx drop-off location. Find your nearest location here.
  6. Returns are processed within 5 business days after arriving at our warehouse. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your statements after processing.

Where is my return?

A tracking number will be provided in an email from Fedex once you have completed the form to receive your return label. You can then track the status of your shipment on the Fedex website.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival. As soon as we issue the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your statements after your return has been processed.

Sale Period Price Adjustment Policy

If a product ordered during a sale period does not meet the customer’s preference regarding fit or appearance, we will discount a new order for the same model within 14 days of the original purchase. The returned product must be in unused condition and include tags and original packaging.

Upon request, we will apply a one-time price adjustment to any products purchased within 7 days prior to the start a sale period. All products first purchased at a discount will not be available for further price reductions.

Custom products

All orders placed using the Castelli Custom Solo Configurator are custom, made-to-order products and therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

All sales are final. Products with a manufacturer’s defect can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
