How can I pay for my order?

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

If you request to cancel your order or remove an item before it has shipped, the relevant amount will be refunded. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for a credit to appear in your account.


PayPal allows payment through credit cards or PayPal account balances. Once you are redirected to the PayPal website, log in to your account then enter in your payment information.

Once the purchase has been completed, the payment transaction is subject to bank verification. Should any error be reported in the provided data, or if there is an insufficient balance on your account, the transaction will be aborted. Your bank account will not be charged. To complete your order, select a different payment method. Should this issue be encountered again, we kindly suggest that you contact your credit institution directly for assistance.

Why has my payment been rejected?

Occasionally, our billing processor will reject payments by cards accepted on other websites. Please check that the billing address you are entering matches the address in your card issuer’s records.

Do you offer gift cards and gift vouchers?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Castelli gift cards and gift vouchers for our online store.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?
