What are your shipping costs?

We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $99.

Standard Ground Shipping for orders $99 or less is $10.

What are your shipping options?

Shipping times are subject to change. Factors such as shipping provider delays, logistical issues, unfavorable weather conditions, or issues with the delivery address may affect the shipping time. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Where will my order ship from? 

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Portland, OR.

Where can you deliver to?

We deliver to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, US territories or overseas military bases.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
