Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $49.

What are the shipping times?

Standard ground shipping is 2-5 business days via FedEx or UPS.

Shipping times are subject to change. Factors like shipping provider delays, logistical issues, unfavorable weather conditions, or an issue with the delivery address may influence the shipping time.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Portland, OR.

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to all 50 states, but unfortunately cannot ship to US territories or overseas military bases.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
