How can I ask for a warranty review?

Castelli stands behind the quality and durability of its products. If you discover a potential material or workmanship flaw, we want to take care of you. If you did not purchase your Castelli item from castelli-cycling.com, please contact the original retailer. To ensure that your warranty will be handled smoothly, remember to keep your proof of purchase.

You will need to provide the following:

  • Item code, product name, color, and size
  • A detailed image of the area of concern as well as an image of the entire product
  • Your return shipping address

We will evaluate the provided images to determine if it is a manufacturing flaw, or the result of normal wear and tear. If you are approved for a warranty replacement and we no longer have your item available, your claim will be fulfilled with the most comparable product and color available.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
