How can I ask for a warranty review?

Castelli stands behind the quality and durability of its products. If you discover a potential material or workmanship flaw, we want to take care of you. If you did not purchase your Castelli item from, please contact the original retailer. To ensure that your warranty will be handled smoothly, remember to keep your proof of purchase.

You will need to provide the following:

  • Item code, product name, color, and size
  • A detailed image of the area of concern as well as an image of the entire product
  • Your return shipping address

We will evaluate the provided images to determine if it is a manufacturing flaw, or the result of normal wear and tear. If you are approved for a warranty replacement and we no longer have your item available, your claim will be fulfilled with the most comparable product and color available.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
