How can I ask for a warranty review?

Castelli stands behind its products. If any of your products develop a material or workmanship flaw, we want to take care of you. If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation, please contact our Customer Service.

For returns and warranty claims related to items purchased from another retailer, please return your Castelli product to the retailer from which you have purchased it. To ensure that your return will be handled smoothly remember to keep your proof of purchase.
