Ordering and Delivery 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?
Standard production time is up to 8 weeks once a design is approved and the order is placed.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
We do not have a minimum order requirement, you can also order just one piece. If you have some questions or need other information, please contact: custom@castelli-us.com.

HOW DO CASTELLI CUSTOM STYLES FIT?
All our custom styles are designed for maximum performance and comfort while on the bike. We use very technical fabrics with high levels of compression making the fit of our garments on the smaller side. Please see our size chart to best determine your sizing.

Design 

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
We try to make it as easy as possible for you when it comes to the design and graphics process. We have a full in-house design team that will help you through the process. Please see our Design Center for an in-depth overview of the graphics process.

ARE THERE LIMITATIONS WITH COLOR OR DESIGN?
We can print almost any Pantone (PMS) color, and there are no restrictions on the number of colors you can print. If you need a very specific color printed, we can do that. We currently offer 4 fluo colors but are unable to print metallics.

Products 

ARE THE CUSTOM PRODUCTS WE ORDER REALLY THE SAME AS WHAT THE PROS ARE WEARING?
Yes, most of the styles in our custom line are the result of years of testing and development with our professional athletes. We make garments to service the needs of cyclists at every level.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUSTOM APPAREL?
Each garment has care instructions. Please be sure to wash every piece in cold water with non-chlorine detergent and be sure to HANG DRY ONLY.

CAN I RETURN CUSTOM ITEMS?
Since custom items are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on custom products.

ARE YOU ABLE TO REPAIR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Some warranty issues can be repaired. Please send a detailed photo of the issue in question to: custom@castelli-us.com to see if your garment can be repaired.
