Castelli Crash Replacement

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!

We are happy to offer a crash replacement to get you back on the road when things don’t go to plan.

If you just received your brand-new kit from our website and are caught up in a crash within 30 days, we want to replace your damaged items. If you qualify, please provide the following:

  • order number
  • photos of the entire item and pictures of the damage
  • current shipping address

If the same color or item is unavailable, we will send you an alternative color or most comparable product.

If your item/items fall outside the 30-day window or were purchased from an authorized retailer, we still want to help! We can provide you with a one-time use code for 40% off the replacement item/items, if your purchase was within the last two yeras. Please provide the following for this option:

  • photos of the entire item and pictures of the damage
  • style, color, and size of item/items

Custom Apparel

Damaged custom or team items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to, and our custom team will be happy to try and work out a solution.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
