How can I return an item ?

New and unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus original shipping cost). Product must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging, including manufacturer tags.

Here are step-by-step instructions for returning your product:

  1. Register your return directly from the My Orders section of your account. If you placed your order as a guest, you can follow our guest return procedure at this link.
  2. Attach the tags and place items in their original product bags. Place all items along with the return section on the bottom of your invoice in the original packaging, or a new envelope if the We offer free returns on all orders placed on
  3. If the order was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact our Customer Service.
  4. You will receive a return label and instructions at your email address within 2 working days.
  5. All items must be returned unused and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact. In case these conditions are not complied with, the returned parcel will be sent back at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued.

Where is my return?

It is possible to track the shipment status of a return through the website of the courier operating the service, just by inserting in the dedicated field the tracking number you find on the return label.

When will I receive my refund?

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. As soon as we issue the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for your bank to apply this credit to your account balance.

Can I exchange an item?

We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

*If you purchased your Castelli product from a retailer, please return it to that retailer.

Custom products

All orders placed using the Castelli Custom Solo Configurator are custom, made-to-order products and therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

All sales are final. Products with a manufacturer’s defect can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
