TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MARATONA DLES DOLOMITES AND CASTELLI
"Guess the total number of participants in the first edition of Maratona dles Dolomites in 1987" Contest.

OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS
The "Guess the Winners Time" Contest begins on July 6, 2023, and will start at 2:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET), ending at 8:00 a.m. CET on July 31, 2023.

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

The Contest is administered by MANIFATTURA VALCISMON S.P.A., located at 32030 Fonzaso (BL) Italia - Via G. Marconi, 81-83. Castelli is responsible for all aspects of this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to individuals over 21 years of age or older as of January 1, 2023. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to participate.

Employees and representatives of Maratona Dles Dolomites and Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. Castelli, as well as any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (mother, father, sisters, brothers, daughters, sons, and spouse, regardless of where they reside), and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, write your name, e-mail address, and your answer of the total number of participants in 1987 during the first Maratona edition, by no later than 8:00 a.m. CET on July 31, 2023. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of e-mail address or phone number. You must be present to guess!

"Guess the Total Number of Participants" Qualifying Dates:
Start time of ride: July 6, 2:00 p.m., 2023
Latest Finish time: July 31, 8:00 a.m., 2023
Announcement Date: August 23, 2023

PRIZES:
Two (2) individual winners will receive a race number for the 2024 Maratona Dles Dolomites edition.

WINNER SELECTION:
(1)
a. Two winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
b. The random draw will be conducted using an online platform.
c. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

(2) The Winners will be notified by e-mail and announced on Castelli's and Maratona Dles Dolomites' Instagram and Facebook pages on August 23, 2023.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION:
By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Castelli-cycling.com site.

All entries become the property of Maratona Dles Dolomites and Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. Castelli, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, phone numbers, identities, or any other methods, or who they believe has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Contest.

The personal data supplied by the user through the use of the Castelli-cycling.com website will be processed by the site owner, Maratona Dles Dolomites with its registered office at MANIFATTURA VALCISMON S.P.A., 32030 Fonzaso (BL) Italia - Via G. Marconi, 81-83. The marketing department will manage the site and the various services and activities available on the website (maintenance, updates, user assistance, transmission of newsletters, etc.), using automated means in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, dated June 30, 2003 - Privacy Law.

As an involved party, you have the rights outlined in Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, dated June 30, 2003. Regarding the expression of these rights, including knowledge of the persons appointed by Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. to handle personal data, the involved party may telephone +39 0439.571 or send written communication by email to contest@castelli-cycling.com.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that:

(1) Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. and Maratona Dles Dolomites shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) the winner's name on their Facebook and Instagram pages without further notice, permission, or compensation.

(2) Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of any Contest, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, and selection and announcement of the winner. Entrants further acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

(3) Manifattura Valcismon S.p.A. and Maratona Dles Dolomites reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate, or suspend this Contest.
