TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASTELLI HOT WEATHER KIT GIVEAWAY
 

OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS:
The Castelli "Hot Weather Kit Giveaway" begins on July 15, 2024, at 6:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST), and ends at 10:00 pm (PST) on July 21, 2024.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is administered by Castelli (MVC USA), located at 1040 NE 44th Ave Ste 1, Portland, OR 97213. Castelli is responsible for all aspects of this Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to individuals over 21 years of age or older as of January 1, 2024, and who reside in the US. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to participate.

Employees and representatives of Castelli, as well as any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, please submit entry on Giveaway page no later than 10:00 pm PST on July 21, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of e-mail address or phone number.

PRIZES:
Four (4) individual winners will receive a complete hot weather kit as defined below. Each winner will receive:

(1) Climber's 4.0 Jersey

(1) Superleggera OR (1) Premio Black Bibshort

(1) Superleggera Summer Glove OR (1) Rosso Corsa 2 W Glove

(1) Climber's 4.0 Cap OR (1) A/C 2 Cycling Cap

(1) Superleggera Sock

WINNER SELECTION:
Four winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
a. The random draw will be conducted using an online platform.
b. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified by e-mail the week of July 22, 2024.

All entries become the property of Castelli, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, phone numbers, identities, or any other methods, or who they believe has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Giveaway.

The personal data supplied by the user through the use of the castelli-cycling.com/us website will be processed by the site owner, Castelli (MVC USA) with its registered office at 1040 NE 44^th Ave Ste 1, Portland, OR 97213.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that:

(1) Released Party is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of any Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, and selection and announcement of the winner. Entrants further acknowledge that Released Party has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

(2) Castelli reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate, or suspend this Giveaway.
