What should I do if my package arrives damaged or with missing items?
If, upon delivery, your Castelli package appears damaged, tampered with, or is missing items, it is essential that you report it to us immediately upon receipt. To allow us to initiate an investigation, please contact our Customer Service right away and provide clear photographic evidence showing:
- the state of the outer box from multiple angles
- the carrier's shipping label clearly visible
- the internal content of the package
Important note: without an immediate report and the requested photographic proof upon receipt, it will be extremely difficult for us to objectively verify the damage or shortage with the carrier. In such cases, we will unfortunately be unable to process your claim.
What destinations aren't covered by our delivery service?
We only offer shipping and delivery services to the countries selectable on our website. Furthermore, we cannot deliver to the following territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana and all French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), San Marino, Livigno, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Canary Islands, and Liechtenstein
Will I have to pay any customs duties?
The final order price includes VAT and any customs duties. No further costs will be charged to the customer after payment.
