We visited Ruth in Colorado to learn about her life in the gravel world after years spent on the road in the World Tour. Being close to home has been a huge part of it for her, and when not racing or training she often spends her free time baking. When preparing recipes and occasionally encountering challenges in the process, she has has found similar parallels and learnings from her experiences on the bike.
