Official Competition Rules

Eligible participants: The competition is open to adults domiciled and/or resident in one of the countries listed in Appendix A to these Rules.

Duration: From 8 October 2026 to 30 October 2026. The draw shall be formally recorded by 30 November 2026.

How to Enter

All adults meeting the requirements set out under “Eligible participants” may take part in this initiative in accordance with the procedures described below.

To enter, participants must visit the competition website by 30 October 2026, access the dedicated section and complete all mandatory fields in the online form, including the email address of a friend who will be invited to register for the competition.

Failure to provide the required mandatory authorisations will prevent participation in the Competition. Registration is linked to a unique combination of first name, surname and email address. Each email address may be associated with only one first name and surname per eligible participant.

Only one registration per eligible participant is permitted. Each individual may therefore enter the Competition only once and invite only one friend. Registrations made after the first that can be traced to the same identity may be invalidated, including retrospectively. Any resulting win may also be invalidated and the prize awarded to a reserve winner.

Entries under a false name, false identity or fictitious identity are not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify participants’ identities and take any appropriate action in the event of a breach of this rule.

The details of all pairs of participants—the invited friend and the person who invited them—who have completed the above procedure, and whose invited friend has also actually registered for the competition, will be recorded together as a pair in a draw file by the Promoter or third parties appointed by it.

Prize Draw

By 30 November 2026, in the presence of a notary or the Chamber of Commerce official responsible for consumer protection and public trust, a manual random draw will be held to select one winning pair, consisting of the invited friend and the person who invited them, plus 10 reserves.

The winning pair will receive the prize described below.

Main Prize

Castelli Train Like a Pro Experience for Two People

One voucher for two people—the invited friend and the person who invited them, who must use the prize together—for the Castelli Train Like a Pro Experience, expected to take place in January 2027.

The prize includes:

• A two-day experience in Calpe, Spain, during the Soudal Quick-Step pre-season training camp.
• Two nights in a hotel on a half-board basis.

The prize is for a fixed date, which will be communicated directly by the Promoter. Winners may not request changes.

The total value of the prize voucher for two people is €655.74 plus VAT.

Two Full Castelli Kits

The prize also includes two full Castelli kits, one for the invited friend and one for the person who invited them.

Each kit comprises:

• 1 FREE AERO RACE S BIBSHORT: one pair of cycling bib shorts.
• 1 AERO RACE 8S JERSEY: one short-sleeve cycling jersey.
• 1 PRO MESH 2.0 SLEEVELESS: one technical sleeveless base layer.
• 1 COMPETIZIONE GLOVE NO PAD: one pair of cycling gloves.
• 1 FAST FEET 4 SOCK: one pair of cycling socks.

The total value of each kit is €434.43. The value of two kits is €868.86 plus VAT.

The total value of the voucher for two people plus two full kits is €1,524.60 plus VAT.

Voucher Terms

Transport and anything not expressly stated as included are excluded.

The prize may be transferred by written authorisation.

If one or both beneficiaries fail to attend after accepting the prize, or use only some of the services offered, the prize will nevertheless be deemed delivered and the winner shall have no further claim against the Promoter or any parties involved in organising the competition.

Should the dates on which the prize is to be used change for organisational reasons, the Promoter will promptly inform the winners.

If the person who invited the friend is unable to use the voucher prize, they may choose the Alternative Prize described below when accepting the prize.

If the person who invited the friend chooses the Alternative Prize, it will be delivered to both them and the invited friend. Different types of prize cannot be provided to the two members of the winning pair.

Alternative Prize

The Alternative Prize consists of two Castelli product kits, one for the invited friend and one for the person who invited them.

Each kit comprises:

• 1 FREE AERO RACE S BIBSHORT: one pair of cycling bib shorts.
• 1 AERO RACE 8S JERSEY: one short-sleeve cycling jersey.
• 1 PRO MESH 2.0 SLEEVELESS: one technical sleeveless base layer.
• 1 COMPETIZIONE GLOVE NO PAD: one pair of cycling gloves.
• 1 FAST FEET 4 SOCK: one pair of cycling socks.
• 1 PRO WIND VEST: one windproof cycling vest.
• 1 PERFETTO PRO JACKET: one technical cycling jacket.

The total value of each kit is €762.30. The value of two kits is €1,524.60 plus VAT.

The total value of the Alternative Prize is €1,524.60 plus VAT.

Please note that some of the product models included in the prize kits are available only in the men’s collection. If a winner requires a women’s garment, an equivalent product from the women’s collection, in the same category and of a similar value, will be selected.

Total prize pool: €1,524.60 plus VAT.

It is further reiterated that participants must provide correct and truthful information.

Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance

Winners will be notified by email and must accept the prize within the time limit and in accordance with the procedures specified in the winner notification. The acceptance period will be at least five days.

If both winners—the invited friend and the person who invited them—cannot be contacted, or acceptance is not valid for both, for example because no response is received within the required time limit and in accordance with the required procedures, the win will be invalidated and a reserve winner will take their place.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from this prize competition:

• Persons resident and/or domiciled outside the countries listed in Appendix A to these Rules.
• Minors.

Also excluded from the Competition, and therefore not entitled to receive any prize won, are all users who, at the sole discretion of the Promoter or third parties appointed by it, are found to have won using means or tools deemed suspicious, fraudulent or contrary to the proper conduct of the initiative.

The Promoter or third parties appointed by it reserve the right to take whatever action they consider appropriate, in compliance with applicable laws, to restrict and prevent any attempt to circumvent the system established for this initiative.

Technical Issues and Email Management

The Promoter accepts no liability for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty involving technical equipment, computers, telephone lines, transmission and connection, or Internet access that may prevent a participant from entering the competition.

Each winner is solely responsible for managing their own email account, particularly with regard to:

• Reading any winner notification email.
• Taking security measures to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing their email account.

The Promoter and third parties appointed by it accept no liability for failure to deliver, or late delivery of, the prize if any of the following occurs:

• A winner’s mailbox is full.
• The email address provided by the participant when registering is non-existent, incorrect or incomplete.
• There is no response from the host computer after the winner notification email is sent.
• A winner’s mailbox is disabled.
• The email address provided when registering is blacklisted.
• The personal details provided when registering are incorrect and/or untruthful.

Users attempting to register through providers commonly used to create temporary email addresses, such as those listed at the following link, will not be accepted as valid participants and will not be able to register:

Verification and the Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Publish the winner’s details.
• Request supporting documentation from the winner and, where appropriate, from participants, to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Any such request will be sent by email to the address used to register for the competition. Failure to provide the documentation, or provision of incomplete documentation, within the deadline specified in the request will result in the participant’s exclusion and, in the event of a win, its invalidation.
• Carry out appropriate checks and, where applicable, cancel registrations, entries or wins that, at the sole discretion of the Promoter or third parties appointed by it, do not comply with these Rules or have been made using means, methods and/or tools deemed suspicious, fraudulent or contrary to the proper conduct of the initiative. Consequently, users who fail to comply with these Rules may be excluded from participation and any prizes already won may also be invalidated.

Entries under a false name, false identity or fictitious identity are not permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify participants’ identities and take any appropriate action in the event of a breach of this rule, including invalidating any win.

Prize Delivery and Substitution

Prizes will be delivered to those entitled to receive them within 180 days—six months—of the award date and, in any event, in time for them to be used.

The Promoter and third parties appointed by it are not responsible for postal delivery problems beyond their control affecting delivery of the prize.

If prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value with similar characteristics.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Competition at any time and to amend these Rules without prior notice if required by unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to 100% of the value of the prizes offered, pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 430/2001, has been provided in favour of the Ministry of Economic Development.

Unawarded Prizes

Any prizes not awarded for any reason, other than prizes refused, will be donated to the following non-profit organisation, as provided by Article 10, paragraph 5, of Italian Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001:

Servers

The servers are located in Italy.

Advertising

The promotion will be communicated through a web campaign. The full Rules will be accessible from the competition page.

The Company also reserves the right to use any other means of communication it considers suitable for informing eligible participants about this prize competition.

Withholding Tax

The Promoter does not intend to exercise its right to recover from winners the 25% withholding tax provided for by Article 30 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 600 of 29 September 1973.

Acceptance of the Rules

It is understood that participants in this initiative declare that they are adults.

By entering this prize competition, the consumer accepts all rules and clauses contained in these Rules unconditionally and in full, without limitation.

Personal Data Protection

The Promoter guarantees that the personal data provided by participants, who declare that they are adults, in connection with this prize competition will be processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation, as described at the relevant link available in the registration form.
