Some colours need no introduction. Yellow, polka dots, green and white tell the story of the Tour: the battle for the overall lead, the pursuit of mountain summits, the adrenaline of the sprint and the rise of a new generation.
In 2027, all four will carry the Castelli scorpion at the Tour de France and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. Unveiled in Paris, the new leaders’ jerseys combine decades of our racewear expertise with carefully crafted details that honour the Tour’s legacy. They also mark our return to a role we held from 1989 to 1994, when some of the sport’s greatest champions wore Castelli to victory at the Tour.

Every detail has been considered, bringing together race-day function and subtle references to the Tour’s heritage. Take a closer look at the touches that make these jerseys special.
The hidden Tricolore
Open the Maillot Jaune’s zip to reveal the French Tricolore, concealed in a trim running its full length. Across all four jerseys, colour-matched zippers complete the design.
A nod to L’Hexagone
Custom hexagonal zip pullers and commemorative outer labels pay tribute to France’s familiar nickname, L’Hexagone.
The stages, in detail
Hundreds of individual hexagonal dots trace stage profiles along the custom elastic grippers of all four jerseys.
The scorpion, at home
On the polka-dot jersey, the Castelli scorpion becomes part of the design, sitting naturally within one of its red circles.
A more vibrant yellow
Special pigments infused directly into the Maillot Jaune’s fabric give its yellow added vibrancy in the July sun.
A signature of history
The signature of Tour co-founder Henri Desgrange features on the Maillot Jaune, connecting it to the origins of the race.
Ultraviolet accents
For the first time, ultraviolet accents feature on the white jersey’s collar, sleeves and bottom hem, reflecting the identity of new white jersey partner Sanofi.
Developed for the race
The Leader Jersey Aero Race, available to purchase in 2027, will be the exact jersey worn by the classification leaders of the men’s Tour de France, with the same fabrics, technology and race-specific construction.
Drawing on more than a decade of our research into speed, it combines lightweight aerodynamic fabrics, CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction, and a professional race fit. From the positioning of each seam to the finishing details, every choice reflects the demands of racing at the highest level.
