The Maratona dles Dolomites is more than a race. It is one of the most iconic events in cycling, where legendary climbs, breathtaking landscapes, and the love for the bike come together in a truly unique weekend.
This year, we experienced it from the inside with our Castelli ambassadors. Watch the video below and follow the weekend as it unfolded: shared moments, rides, local traditions, and the emotions that shaped our time in the Dolomites.
The weekend began with a traditional Ladin cooking class, where we learned to make handmade casunziei and apple strudel together. More than just a cooking experience, it was a way to immerse our ambassadors in the local culture and break the ice before the weekend ahead. In Italy, food is deeply connected to family and sharing a meal around the same table, and we wanted everyone to feel like part of the Castelli family from the very beginning.
After collecting race bibs, we headed to a mountain hut for a special team dinner.
On Saturday, we rode together over the iconic Passo Gardena, taking in the breathtaking scenery before making the final preparations for race day.
Sunday was all about the Maratona dles Dolomites. For some of our ambassadors, it was the longest ride and the most elevation they had ever tackled. Months of training led to this moment, and watching them cross the finish line and realize they had achieved something they once thought was out of reach was incredibly special.
After the race, we came together to relax in the VIP hospitality area, share stories from the day, and celebrate before one last dinner together.
Epic roads, unforgettable memories, and a weekend that reminded us why we ride.
