Standard production time is 4-6 weeks once a design is approved and the order is placed.
We do not have a minimum order requirement, but style minimums do need to be met, which is 10 for most styles. For pricing and specific style minimums, please contact: email@example.com.
All our custom styles are designed for maximum performance and comfort while on the bike. We use very technical fabrics with high levels of compression making the fit of our garments on the smaller side. Please see our size chart to best determine your sizing.
We offer an online Team Order Store to every team, free of charge. We set up the store on our end, and you can work with your assigned Project Manager to get the store set up to meet your needs.
Yes; we can ship custom orders directly to individual team members or in bulk to the team manager for distribution within the team.
We try to make it as easy as possible for you when it comes to the design and graphics process. We have a full in-house design team that will help you through the process. Please see our Design Center for an in-depth overview of the graphics process.
We can print almost any Pantone (PMS) color, and there are no restrictions on the number of colors you can print. If you need a very specific color printed, we can do that. We currently offer 4 fluo colors but are unable to print metallics.
We offer free design services for the first 3 hours, which covers the majority of all design work we do. If more time is needed, there is a $100.00 fee for each additional hour.
Yes, most of the styles in our custom line are the result of years of testing and development with our professional athletes. We make garments to service the needs of cyclists at every level.
Each garment has care instructions. Please be sure to wash every piece in cold water with non-chlorine detergent and be sure to HANG DRY ONLY. See our care information page for comprehensive instructions.
Since custom items are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on custom products.
Some warranty issues can be repaired. Please send a detailed photo of the issue in question to: firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your garment can be repaired.
