Role Profile: Group Quality & Process Manager 

Role Purpose 

The role holder is the Group QA and Process methodical leader. She/he supports the building of a high performing and competitive product supply organization ensuring that the QA system and LEAN tools are implemented and continuously improved. The role holder ensures the implementation of Global QA within the organization and its subcontractors, suppliers outsourcing partners. The role holder supports the different local QA teams in dealing with operative quality topics, such as alerts/incidents/complaints or lab tests. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead implementation and improvement of QA and LEAN systems (into the organization and main subcontractors);
• Develop individuals and team within the company and its contractors to support the establishment of corporate guidelines via audit programs, trainings, goals setting, KPIs and corrective actions tracking and performance evaluation; 
• Manage and prepare validation processes, support (if needed) Innovation dept in the qualification and ensure the proper hand over to the production after verification steps. Manage and track all product changes and deviations from the defined standards; 

Additional Responsibilities 

• Perform suppliers' audits and assessments 
• Lead the local teams in dealing with customers complaints 
• Be expert of the relevant technologies and aspects of sportsware apparel manufacturing;
• Be responsible for the set-up and development of efficient and high quality performance of controls - control plans, production quality methods and tools, incoming inspection - and documentation systems

Professional Experience and Education 

• Academic degree Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or different education in case a valuable experience of at least 3 years in the role is present and in case some other requisites are met;
• Sound knowledge of the technologies, processes and aspects of sportsware apparel manufacturing and QC;
• Fluent English required; 
• LEAN Six Sigma black belt desired

• Problem solving attitude with analytical approach, based on priority setting 
• Strong knowledge of relevant software tools e.g. SAP 
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills 
• LEAN, SIX SIGMA
