HOW CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS THAT I'VE PURCHASED FROM WWW.CASTELLI-CYCLING.COM?

 

New and unused gear can be returned free of charge within 30 days for a full refund.

  1. Contact our customer service at service@castelli-cycling.com to get your return label and the information that you need.
  2. Please fill the form that you have received with your package and send back together with the items you would like to return.
  3. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that most banks can take 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account balance. For questions, contact service@castelli-cycling.com

Please note that product must be returned in the condition received and with the original packaging, including manufacturer tags. All returns must be both unwashed and unworn.

We only accept return requests for products purchased through our website (www.castelli-cycling.com). If you purchased from a retailer, please return your Castelli product to the retailer from which you originally purchased it.


EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the correct item.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM?

For warranty claims related to items purchased on www.castelli-cycling.com please contact our customer service team.

Castelli products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

For returns and warranty claims related to items purchased from another retailer, please return your Castelli product to the retailer from which you have purchased it. To ensure that your return will be handled smoothly remember to keep your proof of purchase.
