Best value I've ever bought in cycling

Cycling gets expensive when everything is factored in from components to sunglasses and apparel. This cycling jacket is the best value for the price I've ever had. I love the way it fits and that there is a built in base layer. There are extra pockets that don't take away from the slim aesthetic design. Functionally it works out great for all my uses above 32 degrees but it works well enough a bit lower than that; I climbed Pikes Peak and Mt. Evans with this jacket. Nice Cycling Jacket

Surprisingly warm. I rode today with a light wool long undershirt and heavy wool long sleeve jersey underneath, in 30-34 def F (-1 to 1 deg C) in the sun, and was plenty warm enough. I did sweat a little under the Gore fabric when climbing, but it readily disappated while riding. I found the Perfecto terrible in that I was always wet from sweat. The fit is wacko, with my 43" chest and 35" waist the XXL was tight, but its flexibiliy allows it to fit well enough. The second zipper for the liner seems silly, would rather it be permanently bonded to the Gore layer with one zipper with a draft flap. The orange fabric provides tremendous visiblity, perfect for riding on raining, overcast days and mountain biking in the woods with hunters nearby. Sleeves are plenty long enough and the sleeve and neck cuff are great. The lack of garish Castelli labels is refreshing. Will use while cycle touring instead of my Ibex cycling jacket which is not rain repellent. Submitted on  17 febrero 2019  by  Christian Bratina

Great Jacket

This is a really nice jacket. The recommended temperature range is right on with a summer baselayer. Could go colder with a warmer baselayer. I like the NanoFlex back's breathability as it makes it comfortable towards the high end of its temperature range. I’m 6’2”, 32” waist and went with an XXL. Fit is quite good, but an XL would have been good too. Mine seems slightly bigger and shorter than an XXL ROS or Perfetto LS. This is my first choice for dry or light rain winter conditions at 40F and above. And the zippered pocket is a great feature. Submitted on  03 diciembre 2018  by  Todd
